Four performers' chamber connection: from Achron to Brahmso
Four bright European stage masters meet in this concert program: Danish pianist Rikke Sandberg, violinist Dalia Dėdinskaitė, Swedish album Peter Eriksson and cellist Gleb Pyšniak. They invite listeners to a rich journey of chamber music, whose dramaturgy includes spiritual peace, emotional maturity and expression of the romantic period.
The program will be launched by Joseph Achron Hebrew lullaby, a subtle chamber miniature adapted to the composition of the piano quartet, full of inner tenderness and melancholy. It will be seconded by Gustav Mahler's early work, the piano quartet A-Moll. This opus reveals the idea of the still maturing composer and the expressive, emotional world.
Culmination of the evening - Johannes Brahms piano quartet no. 1 g-moll, op. 25. This monumental work requires both technical excellence and deep ensemble sensitivity. The interpretive synergy of four performers will allow newly heard Brahms temperament, dramaturgy and emotional depth.
