Evening gastronomic menu:

Appetizer: Pike Croquette, pike roe, white radishes, sweet pea cream  

I Tasting of the dish:

Matured Acquerello rice, manure, peas, smidres from Lithuanian farms, smoked bacon crumbs, pea and smidre sauce, parsley oil 

2nd course tasting:

Aged Lithuanian beef marinated in sweet paprika and rosemary juice, red wine and beetroot skin , root vegetables, potato cream, dried onions, tarragon oil 

Tasting of course III - Almond "Joconde" biscuit, coffee syrup, butter coffee cream, dark chocolate Ganache, candied lemon peels, chocolate - coffee sorbet

On the occasion of the opening of the concert series "Pazaislis Liepai aleja vakiari", long-time stage performers will meet partners - ZBIGNIEV LEVICKI and VYTAUTAS LUKOČIUS, who will invite you to feel the power of two elements - violin and piano. They will perform the most beautiful pieces of classical and popular music, while the guests taste the most delicious dishes of the Monte Pacis chef. "Four Seasons" by Mozart, J.S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, works by J. Massenet, C. Saint-Saens, romantic melodies by F. Kreisler, G. Gershwin, which were popularized by the violin virtuoso of Lithuanian origin Jascha Heifetz, and the popular "Queen", B. Adams, "Scorpions" O. Ozbourne's arrangements.

The concert series "Pažaislis Liepai Alley vakairai" invites you to spend time in a unique environment, feel the pulse of nature and peace, to rest not only physically, but also spiritually, to enrich oneself and discover well-being in music.
