Vocal ensemble "Duodeco" is a collective of eight music professionals based in Vilnius, gathered in 2019, led by promising choir conductor and singer Povilas Vanžodis. It is a flexible, modern ensemble in terms of repertoire, which performs both old and modern musical compositions and aims to popularize the genre of ensemble singing in Lithuania.
The ensemble's new musical program "More Sweet Than My Refrain" invites listeners to the world of unknown sounds and emotions. This concert is a musical meditation, which includes the sounds of different cultures, different countries.
It is a musical journey, during which the performers will make you forget your everyday worries and allow you to immerse yourself in the sounds the labyrinth. Each piece is like a new twist, each harmony is like revealing a secret. So stop. Give up. Get ready for the trip.
