November 15th contemporary music festival "Iš arti" invites you to the premiere - Zita Bružaitė's choreographic painting 4 | WOMEN.
Women in biblical times. Who are they, what are their stories and can we find reflections in the present? The choreographic picture will tell the story of four biblical women - Miriam, Mary Magdalene, Hana, Priska, giving meaning to different symbols - female leadership (Miriam), the path from sin to repentance (Mary Magdalena), sacrifice (Hana), part of emigration (Priska). The musical form of the rondo was chosen for their music and dance portraits, representing a circle that continues to this day. Stories weathered by time, covered in legends and distant, but expressive and close because they repeat themselves in our lives.
