We will celebrate the anniversary in autumn - one of the most famous Lithuanian jazz pianists, composer, arranger, professor Artūras Anusauskas will celebrate his anniversary.
He will turn 60 on September 26, but we will start celebrating the day before - at the anniversary concert held a day earlier , which will take place at the Kaunas State Philharmonic.
Artūras Anusauskas, who has held concerts with various national musicians on the stages of "Kaunas Jazz" on more than one occasion, invites you to a solo performance, which, we have no doubt, will become a real feast for jazz connoisseurs.
p>The career of a distinguished composer and pianist in Lithuanian musical life is rich and colorful. In 1985, while still a student, he won the International Jazz Improvisation Competition in Vilnius, starting his impressive path to recognition both in Lithuania and abroad.

Having improved in seminars in Denmark and Germany, the musician later shared his experience in master courses in Romania, Moldova, Finland, Germany. Pedagogical activities are still an important part of his everyday life - the musician is the head of the Jazz Department of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Back in 1994, Artūras Anusauskas' jazz quintet won the Birštonas Festival grand prize. In 2005, this composer, musician and pedagogue was awarded the "Golden Disc" prize of the Lithuanian Musicians' Union for outstanding artistic activity.
