"Passionate Tango" " - this is the bandon virtuoso Ariel from Argentina Ramirez's project, where the sound of authentic tango merges with the colors of a chamber orchestra. The performer, who is already familiar to the Lithuanian audience from his previous projects, together with the international tango ensemble and baritone Giedris Prunskas, will create a unique atmosphere where virtuosity will be combined with the passionate melodies of Argentine tango. The authentic color of the concert will be complemented by professional tango dancers from Vilnius tango theater.

The program will reveal a wide spectrum of Argentine tango, from the first composers of this genre to manifestations of tango in other genres of world music. The concert will also feature the masterful works of the famous Astor Piazzolla and the legendary Anibal Troil, a well-known Buenos Aires bandon player and leader of the tango orchestra. Both of them are the most important figures in the history of Argentine tango music. By the way, at the beginning of his career, A. Piazzolla was the arranger and bandonist of A. Troil's tango orchestra, who considered A. Troil as his teacher. True, later his career jumped to unprecedented heights, overshadowing the teacher's own fame and recognition.
