Maestro Petras Geniušas - piano virtuoso, Lithuanian National Culture and Art Prize, winner of international competitions, LMTA professor. Alongside the constant concert activities in Lithuania, P. Geniušas has earned international recognition with his performances over forty countries and the world's most famous concert halls
P. Geniušas is distinguished by the versatility and permanent, often experimental new forms of expression, unique musical and spiritual experiences. Having masterfully mastering the repertoire of a wide range of classic, romanticism and contemporary works, he prepares recitals and performs as a soloist with Lithuanian symphony orchestras, various chamber ensembles and soloists and conductors. Gediminas Gelgotas' music has been in the most famous European concert halls and festivals for a decade. In 2015, the composer was presented to the Vilnius Municipality St. Christopher Award and the Young Creator of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania, in 2020 - the highest award of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania "Bring your Light and Believe". Active concert geography of the orchestra covers Europe, Asia and North America. The ensemble actively represents Lithuania with important diplomatic and cultural events, monarchs and state delegations, and national awards.
