2024 On September 27-October 6, the 6th International Karolis Lipiński Violin Competition took place in Torun. The organizer of the competition is the Torunė Symphony Orchestra.

It is gratifying that Algimantas Treikauskas, the head of Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra, had a special opportunity to represent Kaunas and the winner of this competition Sunja at the Philharmonic.

It is incredible that this piece has been recognized worldwide for over 200 years as one of the largest work written for the violin ever. And while such a piece seems to need an accurate and masterful performance technique that can only be mastered with many years of play, Sunjae Ok's incredible talent and constant work really allows this piece to be performed by revealing its beauty and complexity. Asia, but also in European countries, among which in Italy, Germany, Poland, native P. Korea. 2017 The soloist started studying at the University of Berlin. He has won many awards, including first place at the Areum Broadcasting Network Music Competition, first place in the Little Mozart competition in Korea. 2020 He won second place in the 7th International Chamber Music Competition in Byydgoščiai. And 2024. Sunjae Ok became the winner of the VI International Karolis Lipiński violin contest in Torun 1st Prize. 16.
