It often happens that the works of genius composers, after a plethora of time after their creation, inspire new ideas for other musical representatives trying to read the newly read music. We have heard a variety of jazz styles to interpret the immortal Johann Sebastian Bach, Maurice Ravel, or even the sometimes "inviolable" Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Among the Lithuanian authors, the only M. K. Čiurlionis deserves the respect or attention of such jazz musicians. His piano preludes or symphonic poems have already become sources of jazz duets or ensembles. The concert "Jazzing Čiurlionis" will be waiting for the listeners to date and unheard of a duo, where the voices of Kaunas State Choir Singer and the timbre of the jazz trio instruments will be coordinated. During the program, the choir performed by M. K. Čiurlionis' original or harmonized Lithuanian folk songs will become an improvised source of inspiration and themed material for further jazz trio music development, engaging listeners in the inexhaustible and endless world of our genius artist. All three brothers are professional pianists and multi -instrumentalists, so what surprises will wait for the audience. And Professor Robert Šervenikas, his artistic director and chief conductor, will conduct the stability and integrity of the program to ensure the stability and integrity of the program.
