The chamber orchestra "Cameristi della Scala" was founded in 1982, composed of musicians from the famous orchestra of the theater "Alla Scala". The ensemble's main repertoire consists of musical masterpieces created for chamber orchestra from the 18th century. until today. The orchestra is praised for its unique, distinctive Italian sound and unique phrasing. The collective performed in many prestigious halls and festivals around the world: "Carnegie Hall" in New York, "Salle Gaveau" in Paris, "Tonhalle" in Zurich, "Teatro Coliseo" in Buenos Aires, Enescu Festival in Bucharest, Izmir International Music Festival in Turkey, etc. In Kaunas, conducted by its main guest conductor Wilson Hermants, together with the singer, contralto Daniela Pini, the collective will perform an impressive program of baroque music, which will include the works of Baldassarre Galuppi, Nicola Porpora and Antonio Vivaldi.
