2025 May 31 Pažaislis Music Festival will open its festive 30th season with Georg Friedrich Händel's oratorio "Messiah". It was not by chance that this inspiring piece was chosen to open the festival - precisely with the performance of "Messiah" in 1995. the history of the festival began.
The brightest talents of the Lithuanian and foreign scene will perform at the concert: soprano Lina Dambrauskaitė, mezzo-soprano Rachael Wilson (USA), tenor Anthony Gregory (UK) and boss Tadas Girinikas. The outstanding work will be performed by the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Sergejaus Krylov, and the Kaunas State Choir, conducted by Robert Šerveniks.
