Special guest of the evening - Vytenis Danielius: accordionist, multi-instrumentalist and composer, laureate of prestigious competitions. His music is played at international festivals in Europe, Asia and elsewhere. Studies and internships in Lithuania, Italy, Holland and Latvia, as well as three diplomas of higher education in music (classical accordion, jazz vocal, saxophone) formed the artist's unique musical profile - from classical to jazz improvisations. A tasting dinner prepared especially for this evening by our chef, accompanied by perfectly matched drinks awaits you: We will start the evening with: beef tartar with oyster mayonnaise, pickled apple and tempura-fried shiso leaf; Next, fried sea scallops with mint-pea cream, edamame beans and smidgen are waiting for you; For the main course - slow-roasted ox cheeks with parsnip puree and vegetable ratatouille.
