In concerts of exceptional beauty, the most beautiful rock ballads will be played!
One of the most prominent Lithuanian vocal teachers and performers, Indrė Launikonytė, invites listeners to an exclusive musical journey - concerts "Rock age: the most beautiful ballads", which will be held in St. St. Catherine's Church in Vilnius on November 11, VDU Great Hall in Kaunas on December 11, Alytus City Theater on December 12, Šiauliai Concert Hall "Saulė" on December 13, Marijampole Cultural Center on December 19, Klaipėda Fishermen's Palace on December 27, Birštonas Cultural Center on December 30. The acoustic evening will feature legendary rock pieces revived in exceptional arrangements.
Indrė Launikonytė has been captivating listeners for many years not only with her exceptional voice and technical vocal skills, but also with her ability to convey inner truth through music. The performer says that rock music has always been special to her - it is a genre that allows the widest range of emotions and voice colors to unfold.
"I always thought that rock music is one of the richest musical genres in its colors. When I sing rock songs, I feel that a wider range of voice timbres naturally unfolds than in any other style of music. It seems that the music in me is layered into many layers, like a matrix - it doesn't force me so deeply feel like no other style of music. My heart beats to the rhythm of rock music," says the artist.
At the "Rock Age: The Most Beautiful Ballads" concert, listeners will hear the works of legendary bands and artists such as "Queen", "Scorpions", "Roxette", Tina Turner, Bon Jovi, "Nirvana", AC/DC and many others, who will sound new this evening.
"At the concert the most beautiful pieces of classical, glam, hard rock from various rock eras will be played. I think that every listener will take away their favorite song from this evening. I am sure that the evening will be very real and sincere, because that is what rock music is, and that is who I am," says Indrė.
Almost the most important piece of the evening for Indra herself is the legendary "Show Must Go On". This is one of the first songs that the singer remembers from her childhood.
"It was summer, we came to my grandmother's house, and I spent time in my parents' car just because the radio was playing. After hearing "Show Must Go On", the melody of the song, the strong voice of Freddie Mercury and the instrumental of the song fell into my heart. It was so beautiful to me, I just remember that little me and that impression that came over me. "Show Must Go On" has continued to accompany me throughout my life in important events," she recalls.
The performer believes that this concert will be not only a musical, but also an emotional experience, in which she invites all listeners to get involved. "I very much invite you to be together and draw energy from the eternal power of rock music," smiles Indrė.
The "Rock age: the most beautiful ballads" concerts are organized by musical project agency "Pepper Live".
