Barcelona-based Portuguese artist Dani Lança has been actively involved in the street and underground music movement of this emblematic city for the past 25 years. A direct representative of Manu Chao's rumba style and his fellow traveler for more than a decade, in 2024 Dani presents her new collection of original songs in Castilian (Spanish), Portuguese and English in a solo format. We will hear works that reflect the multicultural diversity and energy of the Catalan metropolis. It will be a dynamic performance designed to move and dance to the rhythms and melodies of Barcelona Rumba, Afro and Latin. A solo concert with guitar, voice and sampler inspired by the people of Barcelona and their stories. Dani Lança has independently released eight albums, shared the stage with internationally recognized artists including Alpha Blondie, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and others.
