The artist has won significant jazz awards, including the Jazz Audio Prize and Jazz Critics ratings for her recordings. Her music is described as elegant, rhythmic jazz with a strong bebop flavor, which combines technical mastery and a unique creative trait.
Keiko's philosophy is no less important - she improvises not only on stage, but also in life. "All life is improvisation. There is no time for rehearsals," says the performer, whose work spontaneity becomes one of the main values.
At the "Tauragė Jazz" festival, Keiko Borjeson will perform together with well-known Lithuanian jazz musicians - saxophonist Laimons Urbik and drummer Edmund Federavičius. This international meeting of musicians promises an exceptional musical experience, where different cultures, improvisation and the live pulse of jazz will intertwine.
