In 2025, the 260th anniversary of the birth of M.K. Oginski is celebrated: the Duke, the political figure of the Republic of Both Nations, the diplomat, one of the 1794. Honorary member and writer of the Uprising Commanders, Honorary Member of Vilnius University, was born in 1765. September 25 in Guzove (Poland).
But as the sunset of life approaches, Mr Oginski, with the bitter regret, said, "If not the tragic fate of my homeland and nation, I would have become a composer." He was the author of the popular polonaise, Mazurk and romance in Europe, but the polonaise "Farewell to Homeland" brought him world glory. And for more than two hundred years, through the borderless events, the listeners' hearts are traveling and falling into the hearts of this polonaise - the melodies of the homeland longing ...
The concert will feature romances created by M. K. Oginski, but rarely performed in Lithuania and the piano of the play - little known as the cultural heritage of the time, as well as the texts read by the actress V. Kochanskytė, based on Oginski's letters and books. In the program through M. K. Oginski's musical and literary heritage, the facts of the biography are unfolded by a fantastic journey of his life - dreams, desires, struggles, difficult trials, dramatic experiences and reflections of life. Not only does the artists create a romantic portrait of the Duke's personality, but they also reveal the tragic peripeties of the history of the Republic of Both Nations. Almost all of the most important events that determined the fate of our state took place in the dwelling of the Duke during the life of the dwelling.

Giedrė Zeicaitė studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (Prof. I. Milkevičiūtė), Grazas Art University (Prof. L. Šukytė), Mozarteum, Zalzburg University (Prof. B. Zakotnik chamber singing). Master of the Arts, Lotte Lehmmann (USA) Foundation Honorary Medalist, Sir Georg Solt (France) and Agnes-Jacobi (Austria) winner.
Right Čepliauskaitė 1992 graduated, and in 1994 -Assistant-athlete at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (Prof. J. Karnavičius), later studied at the F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw (Prof. B. Hesse-Bukowska) and 2000. graduated from LMTA art aspiration. He also improved in international prof.
A. QUEFFélec and prof. A. Cohen's masterclass at Emblsaid (Great Britain) and prof.
B. Ringissen courses in Weimare (Germany). The performer has successfully appeared in international piano competitions: J. Vitolis Riga (Latvia, 1989), M. Canals Barcelona (Spain, 1992), F. Chopin Getingen and Darmstad (Germany, 1995, 1996), K. Szymanowski (Poland, 1997). She performs not only in Lithuania but also abroad: Great Britain, Russia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Japan, and participates in various international festivals. The pianist has repeatedly played with the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra in Lithuania and Tomsk Chamber Orchestra in Poland.
