It is a unique duo, and their program has no shortage of poetry, hope and light. What could be more beautiful than a concert full of feelings featuring music about life, love and pain!
Agnė Stančikaitė - one of the most prominent soloists of the younger generation in Lithuania - studied at the Rietavas Art School and Klaipėda Stasys Šimkus Conservatoire, studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (Prof. Vladimir Prudnikov and Prof. Regina Maciūtė).
The soloist is actively performing. She has sung with the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra and the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, who participated in various artistic projects, performed solo and with chamber ensembles not only in the major Lithuanian scenes but also abroad. 2019 The soloist of Liu for the role of Liu Puccini's opera Turandot was nominated for the Golden Stage Cross Award.
The repertoire of A. Stančikaitė is dominated by the genres of opera, oratorios, cantata and songs. She sings LNOBT, Kaunas and Klaipėda state musical theaters, and cooperates with Vilnius City Opera.
The roles created by the performer: Miuzette / Mimi (G. Puccini's Bohema), Susan (W. A. Mozart's Figaro Marriage), Dona Ana (W. A. Mozart's Don Juan), Gabrielle Eleonora (G. Sodeika's Post Futurum), Indre Mariana (R. Strauss's "Rose Cavalier").
Raimonds Ungurs - Latvian accordionist and composer - studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, improved at the Warsaw Frederick Chopin Music University and famous musicians such as Geir Draugwoll (Denmark), Elsbeth Moser (Germany), Mika Vairanen (Finland) (Russia), Inaki Alberdi (Spain) and others, in master classes. According to music critics, the artist touches the accordion so that any piece blooms outside the sound.
After graduation, LMTA R. Ungurs remained to live and create in Lithuania. The performer plays not only solo, but also with various ensembles, performing in various scenes of Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, often appears as a soloist together with the Consona accordion orchestra and chamber orchestra Cantus.
