Mindaugas Stumbras is one of the most prominent Lithuanian jazz guitarists and composers, whose music combines emotionality, intellectuality and sound imagination. Established on the international stage, the performer graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Scotland, and his music is heard at prestigious European jazz festivals and clubs.
The program will feature original music from his albums "Among the Pines", "Inspirations" and his latest work "The Spinner of Yarns". It is a musical journey that allows you to hear the entire spectrum of Mindaugas' creativity - from soft acoustic sounds to intense jazz improvisations.
Each composition is like a separate story, imbued with personal experiences, cultural impressions and inner searches. These stories intertwine the freedom of jazz improvisation, the colors of world music and modern harmonies, which the quartet masterfully reveals live on stage.
