For the first time and all the time, one of the most successful Latvian groups - Very Cool People, returns to Jazz Cellar 11, with a fully outlined hall. With a solid base of jazz, funk and soul, including influences from the Surf, Klezmer, Rock and Hip-Hop, Very Cool People has been returning jazz and funk to the dance floor since 2007. Rising from Riga, Latvia, this collective has shown clubs and festivals from Estonia to Romania, from Spain to South Korea. Always open to new experiments, Very Cool People has collaborated with many guests from different countries. Although they are primarily a group of live shows, their account already has 10 albums that have received favorable critics' ratings and have been nominated for awards.
As they themselves expressed the "Müzic Sun", in the respected Latvian music magazine, "They mix the sparkling funk, jazz and blues cocktail, adding other spices that only they know." So a truly explosive mixture of energy and good music awaits you.
