VECERA | FLUX ø Muzikos ruduo 2025

On October 11, 6 pm, the autumn of music is moving to the rarely opening special space for events for events - the capital's Liepkalnis water storage facility, where you will present a young generation composer, music producer and interdiscipliptile artist Paul Večera. Flux.

Vecera | Flux is an interdisciplinary performance inspired by the theory of Carlo Gustav Jung's individuality. The cycle of eight works acts as an audible diary that follows the inner journey through the shadow, the anim/animus, the conflicts of the ego and the subconscious, eventually leading to integration and internal transformation.
The first half symbolizes the poles of light, the second is the poles of the darkness. The compositions use environmental records, experimental sound, deliberately creating an audible space where the sound becomes not only listened to but also experienced material. It is a reflection on brittleness, loss, lust and change - and at the same time an invitation to dance with them.

This year, the Music Duduo merges with the Baltic Music Days (Baltic Music Days) in a different Baltic Music.
The changing meaning of this year's festival invites you to look at intermediality and at the same time explore the various forms of transformation of meaning, observe the process itself and discover how a whole new field of meanings opens up depending on the media.
The topic was not chosen by accident: in 2025 we celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of M. K. Čiurlionis. In his work, music and painting intertwined synetezically, creating one of the most striking examples of how different art languages ​​can extend and transform each other.
