The solemn birthday concert of the Vilnius Karoliniškii Music School Symphony Orchestra is a meaningful celebration of fellowship and music, where music becomes a unifying force. Former students of the orchestra, for whom this collective became the first music school, will appear on stage, and future members will have the opportunity to hear and feel the special sound of the orchestra. This is a beautiful continuation of the tradition and an inspiration to the growing generation of musicians!
in 2010 was formed and started operating as a chamber, in 2018. grew into a symphony orchestra, which today has become one of the largest school ensembles. More than sixty schoolchildren of various ages marked the meaningful fifteenth anniversary with important creative activities: more than seventy concerts were organized in Lithuania and abroad, concerts were held in the big halls of Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Latvia, Italy and elsewhere. Since 2017 the international youth music festival "Skambantis pavasaris" is organized, and the summer creative camp "Skambanchies dirttuvės" has become a space for the preparation of new programs, creativity and fellowship. We are happy that famous soloists of the country - V. Noreika, A. Krikščiūnaitė, E. Seilius, K. Zmailaitė, J. Sakalauskas, T. Pavilionis, J. Milius, oboist V. Palejus - took part in concert programs enriched with works by M. Baranauskas, V. V. Barkauskas and other composers specially created for the symphony orchestra.
