We are happy to announce: one of the most difficult to define current heavy experimental institutions - the Japanese Boris - is returning to Vilnius. With a special program dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the legendary album Pink and special guest: Planning for Burial.
Boris - a collective formed in Tokyo, which has been defying genre canons for more than three decades. Throughout their career, the band has traveled through drone, doom metal, noise, shoegaze, hardcore punk, and psychedelic and alternative rock, mastering each of these stops. In the group's music, heaviness and melody, noise and beauty exist side by side, constantly intermingling, but interacting with each other and remaining in their own, Boris-like way.
in 2005 released Pink is an album in which heavy rock, psychedelic and noise streams immerse the listener in a continuous ocean pulsating with energy. After two decades, Boris returns to this record live, allowing us to relive one of the most striking episodes of his career, and that of modern metal in general.

Special guest of the evening - Planning For Burial. This is the project of one man - Thom Wasluck - in which shoegaze mists, slowcore melancholy, drone monotony merge into a languid, introspective soundscape. The dialogue between noise and silence works here as a vessel for rethinking loneliness and nostalgia.
