The title of the work used the texts from the ecclesiastical liturgy, while the music conveys apocalyptic visions and the message of hope about the resurrection. This piece, like most other Messiaen's works, requires extremely high performers' craftsmanship. The concert will also feature two parts from the Messiaen organ work, L'Scence, performed by young generation organist Ben Jonuš.
