Singer Linas Adomaitis announces a new and extremely important date for him - March 29. he invites listeners to meet St. Catherine's Church, at the "Light will shine..." concert.
The rare concert format with live piano, classical string quartet and backing vocals will reveal the artist's greatest hits, and the special performance venue will ensure that it will be the coziest concert of the spring.
"I can confidently promise that every sound, every breath and sigh of that evening will bring joy on the wings of hope to everyone's heart. Such a rare and intimate meeting with the audience, in a musical sense, cannot be otherwise, after all, I will be performing in St. Catherine's Church for the first time in my musical career. I am extremely looking forward to it," says L. Adomaitis.
Speaking of St. The singer is assured of St. Catherine's Church - this place has a unique aura, where the world of not only sounds, but also light does not leave anyone indifferent. At the same time, the space obliges us to think more carefully about both the repertoire and the performance.
"There are such exceptional acoustics here, everything is very sensitive and intimate, so we are already responsibly preparing for this concert and working on all issues - arrangements will be specially prepared for this event and spectacular light installations will be created," he says.
The singer promises that, without a doubt, the audience's favorite songs will also be played during the concert - "Oceans", "Did you see her?", "Your colors", "Together", "Time machine", "Ji mine", "Miracle" and "Light will shine in the dark". It was the latter piece that inspired the name of the upcoming concert - "Light will shine...".
A special day was also chosen for the concert, March 29 next year. - Palm Sunday. L. Adomaitis admits that only after choosing the date did he realize that this day will be a special holiday, carrying a great message of sacredness.
