The unique and only such exposition of the technique of the Vytautas Great War Museum in Lithuania is located under the open sky in a unique location in the city - on the territory of Kaunas fortress VI fort. The collection began to be accumulated since 2008, and it consists of the equipment and weapons of the naval, air and land forces, which were used by the restored Lithuanian army. These are wheeled, tracked vehicles, artillery guns, boats, airplanes - more than 150 examples in total.
Visitors are received and excursions are organized at the following hours:
- on Tuesdays to Sundays, excursions are conducted at 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 hours.
From May 1. until August 31 on weekends, excursions are conducted at 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 hours. The non-working day is Monday.
