The museum was established in Utena back in 1929. For the transformative times, few, but for almost a century of enthusiasts, the accumulated and preserved values have been greeted by six exhibitions: archeology, ethnography, old crafts and business and old sculpture relics for exploring history, adults. The two halls of the museum are dedicated to changing exhibitions, so every month the museum will be able to discover something new and unseen.
An additional fee can be ordered for excursions or educational activities for families or small groups in accordance with the restrictions on Covid-19 pandemic prevention measures.
Opening hours: Tuesdays to Fridays 10am to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 5pm.
On the last day of the month, visitors are not served.
