Freedom Fight Museum 2015 was located at the former Utena narrow gauge railway station. There is a modern and interactive exposition presenting the history of the narrow -gauge railway Panevezys -Švenčionėliai, which talks about the painful division of Europe in 1939, about the Soviet occupation and annexation of Lithuania, about Lithuanian forced involvement in World War II, exile, post -war resource, collective farms in Utena. The history of one of the small corners of the country is sensitive to the ability to know the past of not only Lithuania as a whole, but also the European countries.
The museum's exposition reveals the main 1940-1965. The events of Utena region and Lithuania, compared to life behind the Iron Curtain. The museum's differences in Eastern and Western Europe allow nations to get to know each other more and get closer.
An additional fee can be ordered for excursions or educational activities for families or small groups in accordance with the restrictions on Covid-19 pandemic prevention measures.

The museum is open Tuesdays to Fridays at 1-17 pm, Saturdays 9-13.
On the last day of the month, visitors are not served.
