The history of the museum began with a nineteen -year -old sculptor Amber Karoso's dream and stubbornness in the abandoned forest to create a Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. The aim of the museum is to give meaning to the geographical center of the European continent, established in 1989 by the French National Institute of Geography. The works of art are "grown" and "discover" their harmonious presence along with the surrounding nature. The expressive terrain of the park, hills and lans, small ponds together with works of art form an indivisible whole. The fascinating yellow -flowering meadows in the spring and the noble color consonants in the fall fog.
