OCR EVOLUTION Klaipėda invites children, youth, adults and families to the open OCR (obstacle course) sports event "AVS Nindzė Lietuva 2026", which will be held in Klaipėda, Klaipėda Central in the stadium.

This is more than a competition, it is an active lifestyle, courage and community event for everyone who wants to test themselves, experience a sporting challenge and spend the day in an active, positive environment.

400m OCR track (1 lap of the stadium);

15+ of varying difficulty obstacles;

Adapted to different age and fitness groups.

Elite (no age restrictions);

Children 7-9 years old (born 2017 - 2019),

Children 10-14 years old (born 2012 - 2016),

Children 15-17 age group (born 2009 - 2011),

Adults 18-29 age group (born 1997 - 2008),

Adults 30 and older age group (born 1996 and earlier),

Family run (1 adult and 1 child).

Opens at 11:00 registration,

12:00 Elite sub-group 1 run,

12:50 Children's run,

13:30 Family run,

13:40 Children and family run awards,

13:50 Elite sub-group 2 running,

14:30 18-29 and 30+ age groups running,

15:10 Elite finals,

15:30 18-29 and 30+ age group finals.

15:50 Elite, 18-29 and 30+ age group awards.

All participants will be awarded with commemorative medals, and the prize winners of each age group and elite group will receive prizes set up by sponsors.

While the participants complete the course, spectators and families can expect:

active and educational activities,

entertainment for children,

community atmosphere of the event.

Competition rules:
Participants of the elite sub-group complete the course 2 times each, must try to overcome an obstacle, each obstacle can be attempted 2 times, failing to overcome a +1 minute penalty to the total time.
A volunteer at the obstacle marks the penalties with a special pen on the hand minute.
After finishing, you MUST show your hands with the penalty minutes (if received) to the volunteer.
The best time is recorded. The 6-8 fastest participants go to the finals. In the final, the course is covered 3 times.

Participants in the 18-29 and 30+ age subgroups cover the course 1 time each, must try to overcome an obstacle, each obstacle can be attempted 2 times, if not overcome - +1 minute penalty to the total time.
After finishing, you MUST show your hands with the penalty minutes (if received) to the volunteer.
The best time is recorded. The 6-8 fastest participants go to the finals.
It is mandatory to start from the first hurdle, the obstacle is completed by touching the bell or landing behind the marked place (depending on the obstacle).

During the children's run, the participants complete the course 1 time each, must try to overcome the obstacle, each obstacle can be attempted 2 times, if not overcome - +1 minute penalty to the total time. After finishing you MUST show your hands with penalty minutes (if received) to the volunteer. There is no final run for children.

The winner is the participant who has completed the course with the obstacles the fastest.

Participants must familiarize themselves with the rules of the event and confirm their consent before registering. Minors can only participate with the permission of their parents or guardians.

The event is open to the general public and is intended to promote physical activity, a healthy lifestyle and positive leisure time.
