During the class, we will perform simple, accessible ballet-inspired exercises that improve the body's balance, flexibility, mobility and posture. No ballet experience is necessary - this class is for every woman who wants to move, get to know her body better and gain energy.
A live performance by a professional pianist accompanying our movements will create a magical atmosphere. The space will be complemented by soft candle light, providing coziness and peace.

I created Ballet Fitness LT to share the joy, elegance and strength of ballet with everyone, regardless of experience.
I am Kamilė - a professional ballerina and dancer, devoted to the art of movement and discipline. I have been dancing since the age of 4, inspired by the beauty, strength and posture of ballet.
I hope you will enjoy Ballet Fitness LT classes as much as I enjoyed creating them.
