Musical performance for children “Owl Draklaija”
Owl Drūlija is a character created by Inga Narijauskienė, the creator of therapeutic stories, who only later became the stories of her own authentic life when the Lithuanian author became a Lithuanian author and grandmother.
This musical performance for the whole family is based on one of the author's tales, "As an Owl Dūkėlija Drūlia Patience," one morning, the owl Drūlija tasts peas and thinks to grow them, but only after planting learns that the peas grow big and juicy. Without knowing who the patience or where it is from, the owl goes out into the woods to look for it. In the performance, Druna meets the characters already familiar to the children - caterpillar, little geniuses, elephant Taputapu and squirrel umba - all of them waiting for something and all find different ways to do so without boring - "When you play and wait,/ wait.
The author of the character I. Narijauskienė, who has long studied the early development of children, personifies the owl by transferring the owl not only to the playful but also a complex world of children. The witty and multi -layered narrative not only allows you to identify with the character described, but also to find a way out at times and at less simple stages of children's development for both little ones and their parents. The author provides tools to solve problems in a playful and creative way.
The forest that will allow Drūlia to discover patience in the performance will sound extremely Lithuanian. It will be intertwined with instruments such as birbynė, kankles, scabs. And in the story itself, Lithuanian national games, contractual and all of us Lithuanians, will be entangled in a sensitive and magical relationship with nature. By fostering the stage of Lithuanian folk art, we strive to develop the identity of the younger generation - what our grandparents, parents grew up and grew up with our children will grow up with our children.
