In Kelmė's small theater's production "Nendrinė vištelė" based on the play by Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz-Witkacy, an experimental, grotesque and absurd aesthetic prevails in the plot, which reveals the paradoxes of human identity, creativity and reality. The play talks about adapting to society, the need to fit in, weakness in choices and the habit of blaming the environment. At first glance, it may seem like a love story, but it is far from that... The show invites the viewer to think about how our decisions are formed and what actually determines them.
