Klaipėdos On October 16, a play based on the famous poem of Lithuanian literary classic Antanas Baranauskas will be shown at the Fishermen's Palace. Paulius Čižinauskas, actor of the "Cezario group" theater, presents the stage version of "Anykščiai šilelio":

"Oh my God! As much as I rummage through the text of A. Baranauskas' "Anykščiai šileli", I keep finding unheard and unseen words. Many people do not know whether they are edible or poisonous. How strange: "Šilelis" has been translated into two dozen languages ​​of the world (more than only "Metai" by Kristijonas Donelaitis), but it is not the easiest to be bitten in Lithuanian. That's how there is a desire to translate it into another language - scenes. And stage speakers look not only for text meanings, but also for sound meanings, using music vibrations and body gestures. So I invite the composer Ieva Marija Baranauskaitė and we start the translation of "Šilelis" into the language of the stage. This attempt may not be the first in the Lithuanian theater, but the most important thing is that it's fun for us."

The creators of the mini-play "Anykščių šilelis" invite you to experience the sound of A. Baranauskas's poem on stage, in other words, on stage, inserting into the Lithuanian text a couple of foreign languages ​​that pay tribute to the famous poem, and blowing the wind of the electronic piano into "Šileli".
