N. Gogol's comedy "The Auditor" is a gem of witty improvisations, accurate humor and a unique team of actors. Accompanied by the master of witty improvisations Aidas Giniotis, fueled by accurate humor and actors' improvisations, "Revizorius" invites us to laugh at our natural desire to be at least a little smarter and more equal than others.

The main hero of the performance is the young plebeian Khlestakov, returning from Petersburg. to his parents' mansion, stays in the town hotel because he has no money to settle with the owner. By mistake, or rather due to the incredible imagination of the officials, he is supported by an auditor who has to appear in the city incognito. Being naive and light-hearted, Khlestakov settles in the house of the head of the town, collects bribes from the officials, turns the head of the housewife and her daughter, flirts, gets engaged and, obeying a shrewd servant, manages to leave in time. Then the real revisionist appears, and the comedy turns into a tragedy.

As the 21st century progresses. we imagine that we are already more or less "buying into" the games of manipulators and possible corrupt schemes. But really? Or have we just learned to ignore them? Would there be people today who really know who is corrupt and who is just his victim.

What if we don't even know the biggest manipulators and "gray cardinals" at all? In the tangled world of endless manipulations, bribes, "hand washes hand" systems, it seems that it is no longer possible to untangle the knot of corruption into a straight thread. So who will have the last laugh this time?
