Žilis wakes up in the hospital with a bandaged head and amnesia. A beautiful woman who came to the ward claims that she - Liza - is his wife, and Žilis - her husband.
Liza takes Gilles home and begins to tell the story of their life together, which he does not remember at all!
Thus begins the intellectual duel of these two people, the labyrinth of relationships, the traps of memories. Which one is lying? Or maybe both? The longer they talk, the more layers are revealed: gentleness becomes menacing, humor a disguised attack. Dialogues work like a game of chess, where the truth changes with each sentence.
What is love? Can it be restored? Maybe marriage is a creative process where spouses seek to recreate each other? Or maybe - a union of assassins?
Shmitt combines philosophical questions with household details, expertly combines erotic play, black humor and psychological intrigue.

Director OLEGAS ŠAPOŠNIKOVAS (LV), being also a professional psychologist, creates a deeply grounded and motivated stage action.
The charismatic duet of actors VALDA BIČKUTĖS and VYTAUTS RUMŠOS (jun.) conveys the complex experiences of the characters in an evocative way.
Set designer MARIJUS JACOVSKIS and costume designer JUOZAS VALENTA created a recognizable but at the same time aesthetically stylized space for the performance.
