"Anti" is a performance-storytelling, based on an antique Sophocles 'Piece Antigone and four actors' personal experiences.
The performance focuses on the young audience and their parents or udders, but will definitely be interested in everyone else.
The Anti -creators create a lively meeting in a common space where the actors are not separated from the high -scene podium, where some are not brightly illuminated by theater floodlights, while others are not drown in the dark, they are not obliged to become characters, while others are not forced to remain silent and pretend that there is no at all. Instead, both the actors and the audience are together in the stage to tell and listen to stories, talk, laugh, play, play computer games, raise important questions and seek sincere answers.
The actors of the performance play and tell stories by improvising, independently control contemporary performance music and lighting, and create a real festive party on the theater scene, inviting viewers to destroy the stereotypical approach to theater, myths, antique art, classical literature.
What if an antigone performance can be fun? What if it may not be about ancient Greece, but about us, young people living in Lithuania today?
