The performance is based on Bonilla's book "What color is a kiss?" The idea invites the little ones to explore the world of colors with three characters. Through playful visual elements, music, dance and interactive moments, the performance helps children get to know colors, emotions and their interfaces.
The protagonist is a curious girl who is very fond of dreaming of looking at the clouds. One day she begins to think, "What color is a kiss?" When traveling through the world of color, he asks friends and children involved in the performance - what colors they think may be a kiss. Each color opens up a new emotion and mood until the girl finally realizes that a kiss can be a mixture of all colors as it includes many different feelings and sensations.
Elements of the performance:
Interactive color worlds:
Each color is a separate segment with bright scenographic elements (eg red threads, yellow sun decorations, fish, sea, etc.). Children can touch certain details and participate in games together. The first five years of life are the most important and sensitive period during which the most intensive neuronal connections responsible for language are formed. Natural curiosity urges the child to touch everything that occurs on his way, and at that time the nerve impulses of the fingertips travel to the brain by transporting many nerve signals - their diversity is very important for the formation of the motor center of the language.
Music and sounds:
Each color has its own musical theme: the red color is accompanied by energetic rhythms, blue - calm, water sounds, and green - forest sounds. Music is designed to promote the emotional reaction of children. Music actively affects a person, its well -known therapeutic effect: one music soothes, another activates. Music is not only a pleasant activity, but also a very useful for children's development from an early age.
Movement and Dance:
The actors engage children in motion and dancing in action.
For example, everyone is moving together, according to the movements offered by the actors. Music promotes the formation of brain connections, especially in areas responsible for language, memory and problem solving.
Language and Emotions:
Dialogues are simple, short, easy to understand, but conveying emotions and stimulating children's empathy. The performance emphasizes the variety of feelings and their acceptance.
The play of lights and colors:
Special lighting effects are used that change the colors of the stage to create an engaging and mysterious world for little viewers. Feeling colors means being able to distinguish not only the main yellow, blue, red, but also over two hundred of their shades. But seeing the colorful world does not mean knowing it. The color names take time. Children learn them between two and five years.
During the performance, the colors are associated with things, so the children are able to memorize faster.
Basic message:
The kiss can be of all colors because it holds love, warmth, joy and all other feelings. Through colors and games, the performance teaches children to know and share their emotions with others.
The performance is for not only children but also parents - an invitation to discover joy in simple things!
