Part 1 "Seven Solitudes". Here you will have the opportunity to get to know the poet's grandparents, parents and his life up to the age of 33. Oscar Vladislas de Lubicz Milosz was born and grew up in the Čerėja estate. After the division of the LDK between Russia and Prussia, the area belonged to the Russian Empire (Mogilev Governorate). Now - Belarus (Vitebsk region). The poet's childhood and youth were difficult: he came from an old noble family of the LDK, but he did not receive love and tenderness in his childhood and he remained lonely throughout his life. 19th century help Paris bohemia and the 20th century. the everyday life of the early tsarist province of Russia - all this shaped the personality of the young poet, his relationships with people, creative and spiritual quests. It goes without saying that you will be able to enjoy Oscar's lines in French and Lithuanian. The first collection of poetry, Le Poeme des Decadences (The Poem of the Decadences, 1894) is full of painful emotions and symbols of disillusionment with life, interspersed with cynicism and death cries. In the second - "Les Sept Solitudes" ("Seven Solitudes", 1906), the poet deepens the painful thought of his loneliness even more. The collection contained the sadness of the whole world due to the lost childhood, the longing for a real home, the search for meaning and the desperate sense of meaninglessness and emptiness of being. And how without love? She will be too... How did Milashius discover God, being brought up in an atheistic spirit?... What event determined the great poet's desire to unlock secrets and hear the whispers of canary ghosts?... At that time, the First World War was taking place, Oskar continued to compose verses, wrote three mysteries. "It is really an extraordinary beauty, - I think I will be able to die in peace. I write day and night, until five or six in the morning, and at noon I sit down again at the desk. I don't eat or sleep anymore. P.S. You know, you need to work." All this and more You, dear viewers, will see when you come.
Part 2 "Ma Lituanie". "The name of that land - Lithuania - captured my mind and feelings. / I long to reveal it to you. / Come! In spirit, I will take you to a foreign land, foggy, quiet, snoring..." These words of the Lithuanian poet Oskars Milašius, who wrote in French, captivate you like a magical spell, take hold of your imagination and are remembered for a long time. Milašius, although he was brought up in the Polish spirit, considered himself a Lithuanian at a fateful time for the Lithuanian nation and called himself as such publicly and everywhere. He said: "I, a French poet, rightly or wrongly held in the esteem of avant-garde gatherings, I hoped to do more useful work, staying under the humble Lithuanian cross." This part reveals the works of Oskars Milašius for the benefit of Lithuania. Milašius was a bird man, the birds were not afraid of him and fed directly from his hands.. Apparently, he felt a calling in himself to save not only birds from destruction, but also all of humanity.. Oskar was a philosopher, a metaphysician, who also surprised with the accuracy of his prophecies. In this part, the mystical spirit of the poet will be revealed.
