Justina Mykolaitytė and Godo York is an experimental duo that interprets music written more than four centuries ago.
In the musical performance, the contrasting of the Longing Baroque Aryans and the effect of the affectives "extend", turning into longing tissue. Justina Mykolaitytė is an artist, actress and performer who is actively creating in the field of music, theater and interdisciplinary art. Her work is characterized by multidisciplinarity - voice, music, movement, acting, visuality and improvisation. J. Mykolaitytė has collaborated with such artists such as Lina Lapelytė, Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė, Vaiva Grainytė, Arturas Bumstein, Eglė Švedkauskaitė, Agnė Matulevičiūtė, Gailė Griciūtė and others. In 2025 he graduated from the Baroque Opera Master's degree at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater.
Goda York (Goda Sasnauskaitė) is a performer, songwriter and lyrics, known in the Lithuanian alternative music scene. Her work balances Avant-Pop, Alternative Pop and Jazz, has emotional intensity and experimentality. Godo York actively performs as a soloist, cooperates with St. John's Gospel Choir and other well -known artists, and its performances cover both intimate spaces and big scenes. 2024.
