The annual evening of dance compositions "Big event of the year" this time calls attention to dance as a language. Dance information is non-verbal, it crosses time and geographical boundaries, becoming a comprehensive language through our various bodies, new situations and contexts. With it, we can express joy and sadness, reflect everyday life, our emotions, social or political problems and current affairs. Through it, we get to know each other more freely and get to know our bodies more deeply. We can hug and encourage others by dancing.

For the first time, "The Big Event of the Year" will be held at the Lithuanian National Drama Theater. We are happy that the number of students of the Low Air dance school is growing every year, so this year we are moving to a bigger space. For the first time on the professional stage of the Lithuanian National Drama Theater, dancers of the Low Air dance school, dance lovers regardless of age, will present performances of hip-hop, house, break, waacking, jazz, modern dance, modern ballet and other dance styles.

Two dance styles. parts of the evening, Low Air Dance School, paying great attention to the development of dancers and increasing their motivation, will award annual incentive scholarships for the accumulated experience, progress in dance technique and active participation in various dance activities.

Next weekend, on February 7, we will invite you to see the dance performance for the family "Tiesa-Drąsa" by the young creators, Ema Senkuviene, Greta Snitkutė and Marius Eidrigevičiaus, at the Art Printing House , in the Black Hall.
