Juggling and magic are like relatives long ago. So similar and so different. Inspired by the subtle connection between these disciplines, the performance "Heka" (titled in honor of the Egyptian Magic Goddess!) Moves viewers to the enchanting space where reality blends with the illusion. HEKA performers go beyond the boundaries and invite viewers to go on a journey where objects materialize and disappear, leavite and transform in their eyes. But after all, there is a tempting question: what is really real and what is just a smart trick?
Heka is a combination of charming humor and philosophy that marks the beginning of the famous Sean's rumor repertoire. Director Gandini, whose artistic journey began half a century ago in Havana, turns to his magical roots in this hybrid show.
And most importantly, this performance is a celebration for the foolishness and absurdity of entertainment, the tribute to the absurdity of absurdity.
