Space houses (dir. Lina Lapelytė), premiere in Lithuania! MMLAB Theater and stage art projects present the latest work of Lina Lapelytė, created in Warsaw, TR theater. After the premiere in Poland, the performance comes to Vilnius, where its Lithuanian premiere will take place. In this work, director Lina Lapelytė, along with dramatist Birute Kapustinskaitė, explores everyday rituals and habits and attempts to see the signs that seem to send us the universe. These elements are constructed by the metaphorical space space - a place that gives a sense of security, but only on condition that we accept the principle of constant change: nothing is eternal. The performance is musical. Voices and sounds allow us to touch our most sensitive inner experiences. There is no traditional narrative, classic dialogue or impressive life stories. Instead, there are snippets of memories, flow of thoughts and efforts to see regularities in the complex world. Bodies, voices, scenography and even stage lighting are constantly changing to create an environment that reminds us: in the universe, nothing stands still.
