By purposefully focusing on the young audience, No Shoes theater presents 10-14 m. For teenagers, an interactive, audiovisual and motion theater expression performance. It tells the story of a young man with dyslexia, who grows up in a strict, learning achievement in a family. Not wanting to disappoint a mom, desperately in love with the classroom's forerunner, hiding his "stupidity", thus in curious situations.
The theme of the performance was not randomly chosen. According to the latest data, 10-15% of the populations have the reception and processing of the neurological peculiarities of information, medically called dyslexia. Currently, Lithuania is still lacking in the perception of dyslexia, and this peculiarity is accompanied by stigma. Learning difficulties due to dyslexia are considered to be disobedient or just lazy. It is implied that at least 2 children with a disorder that manifests itself in reading and textual processing can be learned in each class.
The performance of the performance is funded by the Lithuanian Council for Culture. Project partner Lithuanian Audiosensor Library.
