But one day, a new group of thugs settles on the other side of the mountain and a fight begins between them. Ronja grows up surrounded only by adults, so when one day she meets Birkas - the son of the leader of the enemy gang - Ronja simply cannot help but get to know her peer. They become friends. Where will this secret friendship lead? And how will it affect the relationship between the two warring gangs and their leaders?
