A modern stage performance.
This is a love story, an experiment with a person. Pygmalion/What Makes You is a radical rewriting of George Bernard Shaw's classic play for audiences living in a world where language, algorithms, education and expectations shape identity faster than a person can choose it. Why is this production special? Minimalist laboratory scenography reflecting the decorativeness of the fading romance. Language as an action. Phonetics, breathing, pauses, repetition - speech becomes a physical process, sometimes painful, sometimes cruelly precise. The viewer is drawn in not by emotions, but by responsibility. It is not offered to sympathize - here it is offered to make a decision. This performance is intended for those who think, doubt, and search.
Why is it worth seeing now? Because this is a play about us today:
about education that corrects,
about language that values
about systems that say "we know better". "Pygmalion/Who made you" is not nostalgia for classical dramaturgy.
