Agnius Jankevičius' Black Satire's musical performance "Reform" by director of the same name in the focus - Europe, which is an integral part of which is Lithuania, is ongoing. Migration as a phenomenon is a problem, but even more relevant and increasingly increasing the problem - the global needlessness syndrome will occur. Neverthery is destructive in both social and existential terms and cannot offer decisions to change the situation. Neverthery gives birth to even greater destruction, absurdity or even violence.

The province of Lithuania is coming to the homestead emptying time and it is no metaphor. Nor did it overtake the town of Skakiškis. Once famous for its bright graduates of his high school, cheese and butter factory, the town is now vegetated, but Skakiškis people do not lose hope. There are still creative, innovative, visionary people who will not allow the campus to become a ghost. Who are those people? These are three Skakiškis school teachers who create a plan to turn the town into a new promised land.

The performance "Reform" in a sharp, satirical form and talks about ambiguous refugee problem, unnecessary people who are among us. In essence, all the main characters are written off. Bad actions give birth to bad actions. Inadequate deeds are inadequate deeds, and the most paradoxical is that everything is done to survive.

Problems touch on global changes in Europe, as well as aspects of human value, dignity, altruism and pragmatism. By the way, the creators of the performance are close to the aesthetics of the cartoon "South Park" and Roy's Andersson's films "Life Trilogy".

Agnius Jankevičius (b. 1979) is a theater director, actor, educator, one of the leaders of the middle generation of Lithuanian theater directing, who has directed many Lithuanian professional theaters in the theater and cinema in many Lithuanian professional theaters.
