The story begins when Peliukas disappears from his apartment and the residents of the apartment building hang an advertisement - "Apartment for rent"... There are many people interested, but it turns out that finding a tenant is not so easy. Although the apartment looks attractive, the picky animals still don't like the neighbors! And they are the most diverse here - a chicken, a cuckoo, a cat and a squirrel. It is a story about love (and sometimes not love) not only for someone like you, but also for a seemingly complete opposite creature... About being able to accept each other's differences with friendly curiosity and tenderness. And about harmony and relief when peace comes.
