Lea Goldberg (1911-1970) is a prominent Jewish poet, playwright, translator, literary critic. Her entire childhood and youth until 1935. passed in Lithuania. The artist's hometown - Kaunas - left a deep mark on her work. in 1935 Lea Goldberg emigrated to Palestine and settled in Tel Aviv. The fairy tale "Apartment for Rent" in 2022. published by "Žalias kalnas" publishing house - this is the poet's first book in Lithuanian. translated and published book. Lea Goldberg wrote in Hebrew, a fairy tale in Lithuanian. translated by Antanas A. Jonyns and Nathan Gitkind.
