About the seminar:

We have noticed an interesting thing: moms with equal problems solve them in different ways.
The World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding for up to 2 years, but there are women who feed even longer and some stop breastfeeding after a year.
Both physically and emotionally the healthiest weaning is when the baby decides to give up the breast. However, this does not mean that the mother must be breast -feeding as long as he wants to breastfeed.
During the seminar, we will advise you on how to stop breastfeeding, as each mother individually decides when she wants to do it. The decision should be made by the whole family - Dad's word is also very important.
If you need to stimulate weaning earlier than your baby, it is certainly possible to do so gently and with love. We will talk about how to make it as comfortable with the baby and moms.

Seminar duration 2 hours.
The seminar is hosted by lecturer Natalja Bartkevičienė, a certified breastfeeding consultant.
