The place of the festival is Melnragė beach, Vētras st. 8. (next to the North Pier). It is an international festival of sauna culture and wellness, intended for those who want to experience the sauna as a form of healing ritual, communion and conscious relaxation. Lithuanian and foreign bathers, the president of the Health Union, sports clubs, health, movement and breathing specialists from Lithuania, Finland and Sweden participate in the festival. The festival area will be equipped with:
17 different saunas; 20 hot tubs; areas for ritual and wellness activities; aroma therapy and relaxation areas; "GustGuru" wellness area (* only on Saturday) sports and active movement spaces. THEME BATHS WITH BATHS PROGRAM IN THE FESTIVAL AREA WILL BE THE FOLLOWING: 1. AMBER BATH An amber bath is a space where time slows down and everyday worries melt away in the heat. The most important thing here is not urgent rituals, but quality rest, peace and the opportunity to be with yourself. The amber sauna contains not only the light of amber, but also the personal connection of the owner of the sauna, Amber, with this space - calm, natural and warm. GARGŽDĪ BATH CLUB Professional bath attendants will perform various sauna procedures with natural remedies: blowing with trees and grasses, essential oils, hydrolats, honey, body scrubs, natural scent therapy, salt inhalations (halotherapy). When creating sauna programs, we try to adapt to all sauna lovers: from a milder microclimate, which is more suitable for women, children and visitors of respectable age, to lovers of stronger steam. It is a cozy place where people who want to enjoy wellness treatments are always welcome. COASTAL BATHERS The coastal bathers are sauna enthusiasts who are united by their love for Lithuanian sauna traditions. Our goal is to share our knowledge and experience, helping people to relax, and to spread sauna culture, combining traditions with modern wellness practices. Sauna sessions are more than a steam treatment, they are a holistic experience. 5. MATO PIRTIS Matos sauna program during the holiday: Sauna heat without touching, using aromatherapy; Body warming without direct contact, accompanied by aromatherapy of different scents. AUŠRA AND STEPON ÚKELIOS SAUNA The sauna programs of Aušra and Steponas Ōkelios await you: · "tasting" of various plants and shingles in the sauna; with salts and herbs;· Bathing with aspen, maple, linden; bouquet. From the gentle sounds of nature to the rock music that fills the sauna. From the meditative rituals of the sauna to the playful, rhythmic party mood. 9. SELF-LOOKING SAUNA With the sauna practitioner Justina, you will explore the power of simplicity in the sauna, and feel the value of steam. when we direct it purposefully. Less is more. On Saturday, there will be mass swimming in the sea, practice of standing on nails and a lecture on tempering. During the festival, outdoor sports training, running workshops on the beach and breathing training with theory will be organized. On both days, in the educational space on the seashore, there will be sales of sauna accessories and lectures by Lithuanian and foreign lecturers on various health topics. The festival is organized by the Klaipėda City Municipality and the Chamber of Fishermen's Culture.
