ABOUT THE EVENT
"Gong bathing" is a practice based on the acoustic vibration of sound and its direct effect on the human nervous system.
During the activity, you lie comfortably on the floor, and the space is filled with the sound waves of symphonic gongs and singing bowls.
HOW TO DOES IT WORK?
A sound wave is a mechanical vibration that affects the body through acoustic resonance and neurological processes:
• Slowing of brain frequency: A monotonous, deep sound helps brain activity move from an active operating frequency (Beta waves) to states of rest and deep recovery (Alpha and Theta waves). It is a natural mechanism that interrupts the continuous flow of thoughts and mental overload.
